Key Responsibilities:
• The role will oversee the transfer from one supplier to another, which will involve the move of 280 individual material parts covering around 100 different specifications in 9 months.
• Also to improve/harmonise the specifications in the process allowing a 3 month "bedding in" period at the end.
Candidate Requirements:
• They will need somebody who could add value on day 2 and for which they would implement a completion bonus of 15% on a basic, depending on ability and experience of c. £50k
• You will have a background in packaging development within FMCG ideally food.
• Able to work on own initiative, assertive and excellent communication skills
