• Quality Systems Manager, Quality Laboratory Technicians, Assistant Technical Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all technical and quality within the plant
• General trouble shooting and problem solving
• Provide a top quality service to the customer at all times
• Keep abreast of the packaging and food market to ensure the company keep ahead of the game
• Travel will be required to Customers and Suppliers
• Liaise closely with management team
• Attend regular team meetings
• Face to face liaison with customers/suppliers on both a pro-active and reactive basis.
• Demonstrate a full understanding of the business needs with full and comprehensive input at all levels
Qualifications/Experience:
• Must have experience in the development of packaging films
• Experience of Quality Systems and Processes
• Task orientated
• Analytical expertise
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience of dealing with customers on a regular basis
• Good knowledge of the Packaging industry
• Experience of project management and problem solving
• Good commercial acumen
• Self motivated and driven
• Hands on approach
