Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the General Manager
• Overall management of technical, quality and innovation team
• Customer/ supplier liaison in respect of technical, quality and innovation matters
• Effective participation in the site Senior Management Team
• To ensure the site based team provide effective support to the manufacturing operation in respect of policing quality systems.
• Completing analytical tasks in order to accurately measure performance against standard and KPI's
• Full maintenance of ISO9001
• Provide effective management of innovation needs of the customer base, inclusive of "Blue Sky Thinking". This should be from concept to full commercialising the product.
• Active participation in developing "Green Packaging" solutions
• Demonstrate a full understanding of the business needs with full and comprehensive input at all levels
