Candidate Profile:	• Institute of Packaging Diploma • A high level of experience using standard Microsoft software suite • Very technically competent and also a creative thinker • An excellent and creative Packaging Developer with extensive experience in a wide range of packaging technologies • Currently has sole responsibility for the packaging development and support for the UK portfolio of brands within a major Food company • Generating new packaging ideas utilising ideas generation techniques • Working with packaging suppliers understanding their innovations, and applications of them • Maintaining a close relationship with the marketing teams and other key customers • Planning and conducting factory trials at their own factories and with European co-packers
