Candidate Profile:	• A competent and resourceful team focused manager with vast experience in busy target driven environments, meeting the exacting needs of high street chain stores. • An enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard working individual with the ability to initiate and instigate positive change in a friendly and persuasive manner whilst building and strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues. • Attaining set targets and meeting deadlines • Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply • Strong negotiating skills; consistently achieving significant cost and stock reductions • Experienced in J.I.T. (Just-In-Time) procedures • Customer liaison, Contract Management Systems, Critical Paths, Specifications • Experienced in MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning), Supply Chain Partnership, Improved Logistics Lead Times, Continual review of cost reductions • Fully computer literate including MRP, Trifid, Chameleon, Sage, Microsoft Word & Excel. • Currently responsible to the Creative Director for £2.5 million spend, working to strict budgets and deadlines. • Purchasing and Global sourcing of materials for toiletry ranges and creative added value consumer packs for major retailers. • Negotiating prices and payment terms; sourcing new suppliers when necessary.
