Position:	Quality Manager

Salary Required	£30 - 35k
Candidate Profile:	• Extensive and varied experience in the corrugated packaging industry over a number of years and most recently the public sector. • Self motivated with good administrative and interpersonal skills, effective communicator at all levels, particularly in respect of customer care situations, and computer literate. • Sound understanding of quality assurance, hygiene, health & safety and environmental systems. • Implemented BS5750 quality systems followed by updating through to ISO.9001 (2000). • Managed quality and training initiatives to improve employee understanding and reduce complaint levels. • Coordinated health & safety improvements, steering the safety committee and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation. • Implementation of BRC/IoP (A) Global Standard for food packaging. • Active involvement in the development and implementation of KPI initiatives
