Candidate Profile:	• A Senior Operations Manager skilled in Man Management and Mentoring, a serious team player who is results driven. • Strong leadership qualities in a fast paced, customer facing production environment. • Extensive knowledge of Continuous Improvement, lean manufacturing and Project management. • Focused on OTIF delivery to customer as a key driver, with a best in class approach to Quality. • Uses KPI data as means of measuring success and Business objectives. • Very articulate and communicative at all levels, being very comfortable at 'shirt sleeves' level as well as Boardroom. • Fully aware of all Legs and Regs applicable to British Flexible Packaging requirements. • A high calibre, Commercially astute individual, with excellent Management and Operation skills. • Currently working for a major Print and Laminate Flexible Packaging Manufacturer to a high profile customer base. • Heading up a Production team of Unit Managers and 180 shopfloor personnel. • Responsible for all Production, finishing and Operations from the plant. Managing HSE, Shift Managers Targets and Development.
